ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – No scooter companies offer refunds. Certainly from time to time, you may receive a scooter from the factory with a defective part. We will be glad to replace the part at our expense during the warranty period

After the warranty period we will sell you additional parts as needed. Our Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused that is outside of the operational design of the unit.

Ninety-nine percent of all scooter problems arise from abuse. Kids, (certainly not your kids) like to jump scooters, which is never recommended. Jumping scooters will damage the frame and engine mounts. Some kids, (again, not your kids) drive into trees, curbs, and walls. These same kids are also inclined to tell their parents the scooter is defective. In almost 100% of the cases, the defect is the rider and his or her abuse of the equipment. This is not something you ride for a couple of weeks, have a flat tire, and try to get a refund. You must maintain your scooter. Your parents can’t go to the car dealer, crash their new car, and ask for a refund…the same is true with scooters.

We work very closely with all credit card companies. Banks and card issuers are very aware of scooter misuse and back-up the NO REFUND POLICIES. But once again, to be very clear, as plain as we can state….NO REFUNDS in any case…Ever!

We will however be glad to help you solve any scooter problem.

If you need parts for your scooter, they are available for sale. Two-Stroke motors require two-stoke oil to be mixed into the gas. You WILL FREEZE your motor if you fail to add oil… New engines will cost you around $160. You can never add too much oil, but no oil will always cost you big money.

When buying a scooter, be aware of the following:
Check fluids, hardware, nuts, bolts, and safety equipment before each use. Follow the care, maintenance, and service procedures as described in your owners manual. There will be some assembly. Never operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Always wear safety equipment!!

Like any other investment, a scooter needs to be serviced and maintained. If your not ready for the responsibility…Don’t purchase any scooter.
